Final watercolor/photoshop renderings for the city of Maitland, Florida.
In retrospect, I should have hand-drawn more people/benches /signs into the renderings and water-colored them by hand. Photoshop is really time-consuming, and it was difficult at times to work things into the composition without causing visual distractions.

Great technique! Did you elect to do watercolor or was it requested? The people look perfect, not distracting at all in my opinion.
